Consumption of trans fats are down!

Omega-3 Fatty Acids - 39%
Low-sugar foods - 34%
Low-sodium foods - 31%
Low-carb foods - 28%
Alternative sweeteners - 27%
Probiotics - 19%
soy-based products/foods - 16%
Gluten-free foods - 9%
Foods containing trans fats - 8%
Allerg-free foods - 4%
It looks good, huh?
There is one big problem though. 42% of Americans are reported to be doing this. That leaves 58% of us who are not! (Source: www.eatright.org/nutritiontrends)
That's why I ask,"Are you or your neighbor eating more healthy?" 4 out of 10 of you in your neighborhood are doing it.
And there's a problem with both.
A problem with eating more healthy? Well, no, but neither group is getting the 90 essential nutrients their body needs. Our soils lack the proper nutrients required to provide our bodies with we need any longer.
I get my 90 essential nutrients daily. I eat 5 pieces of fruits and vegetables a day. But if I didn't, I would know that I am getting over 100 fruits and vegetables daily with my Beyond Tangy Tangerine!
